Decker Healthcare Group structured the refinancing of Greenfield Care Center of Fillmore, a 99-bed skilled nursing facility in Fillmore, California. The transaction was completed on behalf of EVA Care Group, a Los Angeles-based healthcare conglomerate.
The financing was designed to provide EVA Care Group with strategic access to capital while maintaining ownership of the underlying real estate. Proceeds will be invested in capital improvements at Greenfield Care Center of Fillmore and will also enhance working capital available to support initiatives across EVA Care Group's broader organization.
